Storage

• Supported storage types: LOCAL, MYSQL, MARIADB, and H2.
• Data is loaded on startup, kept in memory first, flushed automatically every 5 minutes, and flushed again on shutdown.
• LOCAL stores JSON files under plugins/VHoppers/storage.
• SQL backends use HikariCP.
